Dr. Krupp graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1982 and completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Washington Hospital Center, Washington, DC, in 1985. Dr. Krupp earned his Board Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1987. He has been in private practice ever since and remains at the top of his field through vigorous training in advanced procedures. Dr. Krupp enjoys teaching and has taken the opportunities for hands-on teaching and lecturing throughout his career. He makes no compromises when it comes to patient care. Upon an office visit, Dr. Krupp clearly drives this sense of patient-centered care throughout his practice. It’s evident that Dr. Krupp loves his work and caring for people.
With the many advances in dental technology allowing oral health problems to be caught early and addressed quickly, the solutions for oral health are more promising than ever.
These advances often allow Dr. Krupp to address and correct oral health problems in half the time and with greater accuracy. Patients benefit from dental technology because with more treatment options available, the procedures may be performed in a timely manner, are generally less painful, and often have a shorter healing time.
We value our patients and our relationship with them. We strive hard to provide the best experience for every patient entrusted to our care, and our behavior is guided by commitment, compassion, and consistency. Our staff is caring and passionate, producing quality results for all who visit our office.
Each team member is professional, experienced, and dedicated to treating patients with the highest level of care. We offer a unique blend of administrative and technical skills to ensure high professionalism and quality services.

Dental implants provide a long-term solution to replacing a single missing tooth or multiple missing teeth. With the most cost-effective and highest success rate of all tooth replacement options, Dr. Krupp will design your dental implants to be a perfect match for a natural-looking, lifelong smile.
The All-on-4 treatment concept is a unique implant solution that allows patients missing all their upper or lower teeth to replace an entire arch of upper or lower teeth using only 4 implants as “anchors.” With the All-on-4 treatment concept, there is no plate covering the roof of the mouth, so speaking and eating are more natural and comfortable than with a traditional denture.
It may be a sign of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and other more serious issues.
To combat the negative health effects of OSA and the annoyance of snoring, the Krupp Center offers several devices and appliances designed to greatly lessen these conditions, which allow you to get the rest you need.

Impacted wisdom teeth (3rd molars) are teeth that are prevented by other teeth from fully erupting into the mouth. Usually caused by a difference in the size of the teeth and the patient’s jaw, this blockage can cause pain and inflammation that could eventually lead to infection or damage to the adjacent teeth.
Oral-Maxillofacial surgery is a surgical specialty that involves the diagnosis, surgery, and related treatment of diseases, injuries, and imperfections affecting both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the hard and soft tissues of the oral, jaw, and face region.

Jaw (orthognathic) surgery can correct a wide range of minor and significant skeletal and dental irregularities, including the misalignment of jaws and teeth. This surgery can improve chewing, speaking, and breathing. Many patients often have additional cosmetic procedures at the same time as jaw surgery, such as chin implants, lip implants & rhinoplasty.
As a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Krupp is highly qualified to treat a wide range of jaw conditions & cosmetic issues to improve symmetry, aesthetics, and functionality.
As the years go by and the facial tissues lose elasticity, collagen begins to break down, and folds and wrinkles begin to develop, early intervention is the best way to minimize aging.
Minimally invasive procedures are the optimal way to fill in these skin depressions. However, skin deterioration becomes more profound as we age, and surgical lifting procedures are usually needed to help tighten sagging skin.
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyelids. We can perform surgery on the upper and lower lids. Whether you want to improve your appearance or are experiencing functional problems with your eyelids, eyelid surgery can enhance and rejuvenate the area surrounding your eyes.
Perma Facial Implant™ is not an injectable. Instead, PermaLip is a soft, solid silicone-based device custom contoured for a natural appearance.
Because Perma Facial Implant has a smooth surface, the chance of tissue ingrowth is significantly reduced, allowing a permanent yet easy-to-remove solution. Perma Facial Implant is available in a variety of sizes to achieve a completely customized result.
The signs of aging on your face start oh-so subtly, usually on your brow and forehead. While derma fillers and other minimally invasive procedures may aid early signs of aging and environmental damage, surgical lifting procedures are generally needed as the wrinkles deepen. These procedures help eliminate forehead loosened skin and wrinkles on the nose bridge between the eyes.
Rhinoplasty sometimes referred to as a "nose job" or "nose reshaping" by patients, enhances facial harmony and the proportions of your nose.
It can also correct impaired breathing caused by trauma or structural defects in the nose. Correction of a deviated septum, one of the most common causes of breathing impairment, is achieved by adjusting the nasal structure to produce better alignment.
Look rejuvenated and years younger with non-invasive and non-surgical cosmetic solutions. While no solution is suitable for everyone, our esthetician, Pamela Zagula L.P.N., L.E., will develop a custom solution based on your skin type, lifestyle habits, overall health, budget, and available time. We specialize in custom programs to optimize skin health with treatments and products to improve adult and adolescent acne, rosacea, environmental damage, and aging skin.

Dentists are recognized as one of the most suitable professionals to administer Botox® Cosmetic treatment because of their comprehensive knowledge of facial structure.
With noticeable results without surgery or recovery time, there are many reasons why Botox Cosmetic treatments could be right for you.
A variety of dermal fillers are available in the United States today. Some of the most popular include collagen-based fillers (i.e., Bellafill), hyaluronic acid-based fillers (i.e., Restylane and Juvederm), and poly lactic acid-based fillers (i.e., Sculptra) and calcium hydroxylapatite fillers such as Radiesse.
ZO® Skin Health, developed by the world-renowned Dr. Zein Obagi, produces the "gold standard" of skin improvement for many patients. Designed to work with Retin-A®, the program stimulates new layers of skin production while the old, wrinkled, dry, and discolored layers gently peel away.
This innovative treatment goes by many names; dermal needling, micro channeling, fractional micro dermal needling, percutaneous collagen induction (PCI), collagen induction therapy (CTI), and non-ablative dermal rejuvenation. But it's the same skin-enhancing procedure that involves creating a micromechanical skin injury to encourage the regulation of cell function, optimizing skin health by enabling it to heal and renew itself.
