Our Story
The Krupp Center was founded by Dr. Bernard Krupp, DDS in 1985. Dr. Krupp is a board-certified oral surgeon who guided us for over 30 years before retiring in the fall of 2025.
In 2022, he handed the practice over to Dr. Fadahunsi, DMD, another highly skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Dr. Fadahunsi has continued to guide the Krupp Center, helping countless patients over the years.
Both are recognized as Diplomates of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Our Team
Our oral surgeons are extremely talented providers, but they can’t do it alone. The Krupp Center has been successful thanks to the support and dedication of our team. Our practice manager, dental technicians, assistants, and operational staff all share a passion for our patients.
From the moment you step into our office, you’ll notice the personal care and attention from our front desk team. Throughout your entire visit, we’ll do everything we can to give you a relaxing, comfortable time.
You’ll love working with our experienced and professional dental technicians, too. We bring a gentle touch to any of our treatments so you can experience dramatic changes with minimal discomfort.
Our Surgical Expertise
Our team specializes in a range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries at the Krupp Center. Most patients visit us after being referred by their primary dentist. Surgery can be intimidating, but at our practice we’ve made our entire process transparent and easy so you know what to expect.
Some surgeries require anesthesia beforehand, but we’ll let you know in advance. If you do need anesthesia, you should avoid eating or drinking anything after midnight on the day before your surgery. You should also stop smoking for at least 12 hours before surgery. If you’ll be under anesthesia, you will need a friend to accompany you to our practice and drive you home afterwards.
When it’s time for your procedure, it’s important to arrive at the Krupp Center prepared for surgery. You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your session. Avoid wearing contacts, jewelry, dentures, and makeup to your appointment as well.
Following these steps will make sure you’re prepared to work with our dentist in Towson. But as always, make sure to also follow any additional instructions from our team!
Financing at the Krupp Center
We want as many patients as possible to have access to our services. We work with most major insurances for our dental services, but we also offer financing for our cosmetic services.
Whether you’re looking for surgical cosmetic treatments or any of our noninvasive aesthetics services, we make it easy for you to find treatment with us.
We’ve partnered with CareCredit to offer flexible financing options. To get started, you can apply online for a CareCredit card. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive your new card in the mail.
A CareCredit card works similarly to any other credit card, except that you can only use it on approved treatments at medical practices across the country. Once you have your card, just pay for your treatment at the Krupp Center with CareCredit. Then you can pay them back over time!
