Your specialist will inject these muscles with BOTOX® Cosmetic to temporarily reduce muscle activity. You will begin to notice a visible smoothing of your crow's feet lines and frown lines between your brows.
Wrinkles result from a combination of many factors. It’s not just about cellular changes that can occur over time, reduction of collagen, or damage caused by free radicals in the sun and the environment. When you frown or concentrate, the muscles between your brows contract, causing your skin to furrow and fold. And when you squint, the muscles around your eyes contract and cause crow's feet.

For the crow's feet area, your specialist will inject 3 areas of the orbicularis oculi, the muscle that frames the side of the eye. This will be repeated on the orbicularis oculi muscle in the other eye.
Injecting BOTOX® Cosmetic into the muscles that cause crow's feet lines temporarily reduces the activity of those muscles. The result is a reduction in the appearance of those lines.

For the frown lines area, your specialist will administer 5 injections into muscles in your forehead—1 in the procerus muscle and 4 in the corrugator muscles.

You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours for moderate to severe frown lines, with results lasting up to 4 months.

Dr. Krupp graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1982 and completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Washington Hospital Center, Washington, DC, in 1985. Dr. Krupp earned his Board Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1987. He has been in private practice ever since and remains at the top of his field through vigorous training in advanced procedures. He enjoys teaching and has taken the opportunities for hands-on teaching and lecturing throughout his career. He makes no compromises when it comes to patient care. It’s clear upon an office visit that Dr. Krupp drives this sense of patient-centered care throughout his practice. It’s evident that Dr. Krupp loves his work and taking care of people.
Commissioned in September 2016, Dr. Krupp proudly served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserves, stationed at Joint Base Andrews in D.C. Honorably discharged in December 2021.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed after being referred to this place by my dentist. Dr. Krupp was my dentist and was SUPER nice. I was knocked out for the whole thing and had no probs at all. They gave me my prescriptions early so I could get them filled before the procedure and wouldn't have to stop on the way home. the place is really upscale and i would def go back if i had to.

If you come here it's likely to have unpleasant dental work done. I had to have a tooth extracted after a bad root canal followed by four failed root canal retreatments. Since I had four procedures done within two weeks of having it pulled, I was a mess. They instantly put me at ease by providing a stress ball and playing positive music. I found their bedside manner to be perfect and just what I needed. I will need future work done and this is where I will come.

Great OMFS center! Customer service was great. We came for my sons impacted wisdom teeth. We got there early and they accommodated us right away. Dr Krupp is a no fuss no nonsense kind of guy and he was very efficient. We were done in no time. Overall a great experience. My son was well taken cared of post op too.
